The Australian Salesian Missions Office, located at Ascot Vale (Melbourne), supports a variety of Salesian missionary activities in developing countries including schools [academic, technical, agricultural], orphanages, workshops for unemployed youth, emergency programs and accommodation for street children.
An Appeal for the victims of the earthquake in Ecuador has been launched by Salesian Missions Australia. The Salesian school in Manta has been destroyed, however the immediate concern is to provide humanitarian aid to those effected.
